Your first visit
How it works

A short talk
We ask where it hurts and what we should watch out for. Please tell us in advance about complaints, pregnancy or recent injuries.

Getting changed
For traditional Thai massage you stay dressed and we lend you comfortable clothes. For oil treatments we cover you with towels.

The treatment
Tell us any time if the pressure is too strong or too light. Firm does not mean painful.

Afterwards
Stay seated for a moment and have a tea. Drinking plenty of water that day helps.
